How I can help you
You and I will work together in partnership to help you make the changes needed to lead a sustainable, full and healthy life. As your health coach I will accompany you on your journey every step of the way, supporting, reassuring and cheering you on!
On a weekly basis I will support and guide you through the many aspects of healthy lifestyle that will support your doctors ‘orders’. I am supportive, empathetic and trained in habit/behaviour change, the health impact of lifestyle factors such as how to eat, when and what to eat, sleep, stress/relaxation, exercise/movement, relationships and environment. We will explore the mind body connection together and you will learn to read the signals you get from your own unique body.
Having experienced many health issues first hand myself ( see my full bio), I fully understand the barriers and challenges you may face and will give you a tool kit of supporting advice sheets, action steps and experiential exercises to suit you and your personal needs to re enforce all we do together. I have the skills to help and support you address the underlying causes of complex chronic disease and chronic inflammation, the process underlying most complex chronic disease.

I generally coach women in midlife to create a healthier and more fulfilling life. As many beautiful physical, mental, and emotional shifts occur during this time, I see it as the perfect time to make healthy changes and enhancements in a woman’s life as indeed I found for myself.
I believe that when women in midlife are feeling and performing at their personal best, they are capable of experiencing a rich and meaningful life for decades come.
To empower, enable and charge up the power within all those willing to take responsibility for their own health, whether this is because they have a ‘chronic’ illness that can be helped by ‘lifestyle medicine’ or they are overweight, lacking in energy, overstressed or cannot sleep.
To coach towards improving and enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of those eager to find a renewed energy and zest for life.
My clients are the sum of three women: the woman she was the first half of life, the woman she is today, and the woman she will be tomorrow. Using the mind, body connection I help her use the wisdom gained from her past, her present aspiration and willingness for change, and her vision of the future to create her goals and subsequently coach her toward her best physical, mental, and emotional self.
Carefully listening to my client I clearly define what has been stopping, slowing them down or keeping them from achieving optimum health.
I believe that each woman is the expert in her own life and that she inevitably holds all the answers, mindful listening, asking the right questions, discovering her motivators and strengths, empowers her to build confidence, resilience, hope, and self-motivation leading to great health.

Because my services can be completely virtual, I am able to cater to my clients all over the world in the comfort, privacy, and convenience of their own home or office.
We schedule a video session each week. With each session we move us closer to personal goals, using the very best and most up to date techniques, slowly but surely changing old habits, thoughts and beliefs into a new vibrant lifestyle that works. Alongside this, my client will receive additional advice sheets and action steps and she will work on new behaviours through the days between sessions but all this should be fun!!
